Class Action Lawsuit

A class action for 12 of Ontario’s remaining large institutions was settled recently. There is court hearing on April 25 to decide whether the settlement should go ahead. If the settlement is approved, it will be the same process as the Huronia, Rideau and Southwestern actions.
